Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Shipping Times: Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Southeast Asia: 5–12 business days
United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
Europe: 7–14 business days
Rest of World: 7–20 business days

Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Customs & Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the recipient.
